1. Frame structure
– The frame is thick and made of high-resistance steel

2. Oil cylinder
– Cylinders are made of special thick steel seamless tubes.
– Welding is done by robotic machines to control all welding parameters.
– CNC machining ensures tight minimum tolerances in operation to extend the life of the cylinder.
– During the pressing process, the pressure speed is adjusted electronically.
4. Pressure control device
– Control the electronics with a microprocessor.
– The pressing parameters are automatically set by the press button.
– Digital instrument for separate electronic control of platen temperature.
– Digital pressure gauge to control the pressure level.
– Two-channel pressure and temperature graph recorder with sensor and probe.
